Thailand’s Board of Investment has announced its approval for Madison-Mayflower, an International Contact Center Company with Finnish-Thai Management Team.
This support from the BOI allows Madison-Mayflower to significantly expand its business operations and further develop the landscape of how contact centers are operated in the Kingdom of Thailand.
Managing Director of Madison-Mayflower, Mr. Tim Sebastian Olsbo, said, “We are delighted to gain the approval and support from BOI as this allows us to continue our expansion with even higher pace. Madison-Mayflower is also now expanding to offer our services for our customers in new regions such as Sweden and Norway.
We are establishing our new Head Office at the prestigious Asoke area at Downtown Bangkok as well as opening a Beachfront Seaside Branch at the beautiful city of Hua Hin, during Q2 of 2017.
This approval also signifies that Madison-Mayflower Company is seen by the Thai Government as being transparent and accountable in its operations and therefore opens the way for tremendous growth and expansion during the coming years.”
The Company is aiming of becoming the Leading Contact Center, offering Customer Experience Outsourcing services from Thailand to Nordic Countries within 2018.
“The approval also facilitates in easing the requirements to bring in overseas Sales- and Customer Service personnel and state-of-the-art equipment. In the near future we will be able to have a knowledge transfer also to local operators” said Olsbo.
